Objective

Design an easy-to-use platform for users to seamlessly register, renew, and manage their Legal Entity Identifier (LEI). The portal simplifies the LEI process, ensuring efficiency, data security, and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Focus

Simplifying the LEI registration and management process with an intuitive, step-by-step workflow, enabling users to complete registration in under five minutes. Ensure data privacy and security, the platform securely stored information and shared it only with GLEIF. The project enhanced user experience while maintaining regulatory compliance and providing support for ongoing LEI maintenance.

The LEI Portal offers a streamlined, user-friendly solution for obtaining a Legal Entity Identifier, a globally unique identification number for legal entities. The platform allows users to complete the registration, renewal, and update process in under five minutes, while ensuring data security and ease of use. The platform guides users through the entire process, making it accessible for entities needing to fulfil financial market reporting requirements. The LEI Portal project transformed the complex LEI registration process into an intuitive, step-by-step workflow, reducing friction for users with no prior experience. It ensured that all personal data was securely stored and shared only with GLEIF, building trust and ensuring full compliance with privacy regulations.
